He sadly passed away on November 23 from complications of throat cancer. But Larry Hagman's legacy is alive and well, with critics already hailing his final Dallas episodes just as his family put his estate in Ojai, California up for sale. The authentic Texan was in the middle of filming episode five of 15 in season two of the Dallas reboot when he died at the age of 81. However, according to a New York Post critic, there was no sign that Hagman was ailing as his performances were just as explosive and mean as ever in his signature role of ruthless oil baron J.R. Ewing.
