And it seems teenager Miranda Cosgrove is wise beyond her years, as she has invested some of her fortune to buy a $2.65m home in the Hollywood Hills, according to Trulia Luxe Living.
The 19-year-old will certainly have plenty of room to hold pyjama parties in the three bedroom house, which has been recently renovated.
