With countless number one hits in her two decade career, Sheryl Crow is surely to have a few fans looking to buy a unique piece of memorabilia.

But the Soak Up The Sun singer has been having trouble unloading her Hollywood Hills compound, taking a hit on the price for yet another time since listing it in October 2012.

The property is now listed at $11.95million, more than $5million less than it was initially.

However the price would still prove a momentous profit over the $885,000 she bought it for in 1993.

A Beverly Hills House Is Now On The Market With An Asking Price Of $135 Million

Beverly House Ups Ante With $135-Million Asking Price -- L.A. Times

No sooner did the mountain move -- the $125-million Fleur de Lys chateau listing that held the price peak in the Southern California market sold this week for a record-breaking $102 million -- than another pinnacle popped up to take its place at the summit of the price spectrum.

Reentering the fray at $135 million is what's known as the Beverly House, built by local banker Milton Getz in the 1920s and known as the onetime residence of publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst and actress Marion Davies.

Adding more glitter to the pedigree, the six-acre estate in Beverly Hills served as a honeymoon spot for Jacqueline and John F. Kennedy. Unlike socialite Suzanne Saperstein’s Fleur de Lys listing, which had held steady at its asking price since 2007, the 50,000-square-foot Beverly House has been marketed at different prices during the same time frame. Listed at one point for $165 million, the estate was priced most recently at $115 million.

My Comment: If it did not sell at $115 million .... it will not sell at $135 million. But then again .... this is Beverly Hills. The above video is from 2011.

She just recently put her Pacific Palisades mansion up for sale but it didn't take Rihanna long to snap up a new Los Angeles home for an undisclosed fee.

The 26-year-old singer snapped up a luxury mansion in the Hollywood Hills, which sits on a tight hairpin turn, less than two weeks after her $15 million pad hit the market.

The gigantic two-story property sits on its own plot of land surrounded by trees in order to ensure maximum security, something which seemed to be lacking in her old house as it was plagued with stalkers and burglars.

My Comment: With it's high walls it is going to be hard to burgled into this house.

A Look Inside The Playboy Mansion

A Sneak Peek Into The Playboy Mansion -- The Richest

With only a few thousand dollars borrowed from the bank and friends, Hugh Hefner built the Playboy empire from scratch. It soon became, and still is, one of the world’s most famous adult magazines, edited in over 30 countries worldwide. The very first Playboy magazine featured none other than Hollywood’s beloved blonde, Marilyn Monroe, on the cover back in 1953. More than 50,000 issues were sold, but the magazine wasn’t all about sexy pictorials, it also included intriguing articles and short stories written by the moment’s disputed writers, like Arthur C. Clarke, Ian Fleming, and Vladimir Nabokov.

Permanently accompanied by beautiful young women, Hugh Hefner is one of the most envied men in the world. Indisputably associated with his name, the Playboy Mansion has always been subject to controversy, and it was back in the 1970′s that Hef’s ill-famed parties first caught the public’s attention. It is one man’s harem in modern days, a sanctuary of luscious lifestyle, hosting countless orgies. However, most of what really happens behind the Mansion’s solid gates continues to be a mystery. Luckily, a few former Playboy Bunnies helped us expose the exaggerated indulgence and decadence inside the infamous, yet fascinating Mansion.
