They have moved on with their lives since splitting in May last year but it hasn’t been so easy for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver to move out of a property they shared together.
The estranged couple have had their Carpinteria ranch on the market, listed at $4.495million, since January, but it seems no one wants to buy the luxury home.
The duo paid $4.7million for the historic Santa Barbara Ranch Monte Alegro tract back in 2008 and have privately listed it through realtor John Vogel.
