Aspen is a holiday hotspot for many big celebrity names.

But Jack Nicholson has decided he has had enough of the mountainous Colorado town.

The veteran actor, 74, has put his Victorian house in the ski resort area up for sale.

And while the house is not a sprawling mansion, it’s still on the market for a cool $15million, according to Realtor.com.

The five bedroom, eight bathroom home was added to the National Register of Historic places in 1987.

The green-gabled home is known as Newberry House and was built in in 1895 for one of Aspen’s early residents, William Shaw.
