Jennifer Aniston is the proud new owner of an 8,500 square foot mansion in the affluent Los Angeles neighbourhood of Bel Air. And she got it for a steal.
The original asking price was $24,900,000 million, but it the Friends star is believed to have got it for the bargain price of $21 million.
The 3.5 acre property, perched on the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains, is in a gated community which is home to stars including Nicholas Cage, Hugh Hefner and Lauren Bacall.

My Comment: It's a gated community .... so she now has her privacy. Personally .... I do not like the exterior of the house, but I am sure she has rgeat views .... and the vineyard is a cool thing to have.
