But it seems Frasier star David Hyde Pierce has grown tired of his luxury Hollywood mansion, as he has decided to put it on the market for a whopping $7.5million.
The actor has lived in the fancy Spanish Colonial-style home for the last nine years, and has obviously decided the time has come for a change.
