Stylish weekends away don’t come much better than a trip to Milan, especially when it ties in with the Italian fashion capital’s achingly hip furniture fair – Salone Internazionale del Mobile.
Now in its 51st year, what is arguably the world’s most talked-about interiors exhibition is expected to be busier than ever, with around 2,500 exhibitors showcasing their wares between April 17 and 22.
The first few days are reserved for trade but the event has been so popular in the past that the general public has insisted on a slice of the action.
