64 Perry Street, which shall forever more be known as Carrie Bradshaw's home in Sex And The City, has sold for $9.85million in less than one month of being listed. It was $20,000 more than the asking price.

But it seems that its new owner hopes to maintain anonymity while living in the brownstone house as city records state that the property now belongs to MMKK Perry Street Realty LLC rather than listing a name.
