For the Two and a Half Men star has just splashed out on the $10.8m listed Hollywood mansion he has been renting since November.
It had seemed the Baby singer was going to splash out on the house, and Ashton even joked how he was trying to 'take my house from under me' when they appeared on television together last week to promote the new series of Punk'd.
