He's frequently clashed with his neighbours since moving into the West Hollywood penthouse apartment last year.

So it's no surprise to hear Chris Brown has decided to put his three-bedroom condominium up for sale already for an impressive $1.895million - nearly $300,000 more than he paid for it in February 2011.

During his short time living at the 3,000 square foot apartment, neighbours have accused him of playing loud music late at night and racing dogs in the hallways.
