Nearly a year after his surprising split from supermodel wife Heidi Klum, Seal has made an expensive move towards getting on with his life.
The Kiss from a Rose singer is reported to have just made an offer on a sprawling $6m house in the trendy Brentwood section of Los Angeles.
The 49-year old was seen visiting the home last week, for a third time. According to TMZ, the father-of-four put in a formal offer following his third visit.
The modern, three level house has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a media room, gym, and two kitchens.
